Editor's note: Between 1984 and 1996 it was not possible to take a taxi in Baltimore without the cab driver complaining vociferously about how the Colts had up and left in the middle of the night without so much as a goodbye to the loyal fans of B'more. It was like listening to the old country western song "You Picked a Fine Time to Leave Me, Lucille" but about football. Well, they went to Indianapolis.
