Editor's note: The swan song of master filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki, "The Wind Rises" is fascinating on so many levels. It raises thoughtful questions about creativity, how inventions are used once they leave the hands of their inventors and, of course, love. It's the biopic of the inventor of a warplane, made by an outspoken pacifist filmmaker, so it had to be wonderfully complicated. We're proud to present this collection that honors a Japanese national treasure in Miyazaki, and his gift to the world with "The Wind Rises."
